The NMS software provides an advanced network management system that features monitoring, control, diagnostics and redundancy for the MPEG-2 DVB broadcast system.
The graphic user interface of the NMS is designed as a graphic map of the system configuration.

All configuration functions of the system may be accessed and monitored from the primary window.
The system may contain a full redundancy where 2 devices exist for each function, or one redundant device for several devices. In case of a failure in the signal path, redundant devices are automatically allocated according to a preset signal priority.

Remote Automatic Field Image Analisys
HyperRAFIA® remotely monitors DVB signal quality reception of Hypercable® systems, microwave links, and satellite DTH broadcasts on a channel selected in the full L Band, while simultaneously taking a picture of the program broadcasted, and / or a weather image.
According to the signal reception (OK or ERROR) at the time of acquisition, an entry into the database is made at specified intervals.
An email notification is sent to the adminstrator to inform of a change of status in DVB signal reception.
HyperRAFIA® can be contacted from anywhere in the world by web interface to access the database of information recorded in the system. The system can record many weeks, months, or years depending on the system configuration. |
